Which package suits you depends on scope and functions. An overview with all the services of the packages is on the pricing page; all prices are net plus VAT.
The entry values are named: Start from 990 € setup and from 49 € operation per month, Pro from 2,900 € setup and from 149 € operation per month, Custom from 4,900 € setup, operation based on scope. All figures net plus VAT. Ongoing services are cancellable monthly, there is no minimum term.
What determines the price is scope and functions, and both stand as limits in the account: seats, assistants, knowledge sources, documents, passages and a monthly budget for requests. These values are checked when creating, not merely displayed; whoever reaches a limit receives a rejection with a reason. For the Custom package there is, for the same reason, no list price for operation: it depends on the actual scope and is set in the initial consultation.
