Reading and Acting Make the Difference

The decisive difference from a rigid menu chatbot lies in two abilities. First, XICBOT reads your real content: website and subpages, the shop catalog with products, prices and availability, opening hours, documents, the internal knowledge base and calendar availability. So it does not answer out of nowhere but bound to your own sources. Second, it acts: via defined actions with permissions it adds products to the cart, books appointments, captures leads, creates tickets and controls connected tools. When it cannot or should not decide something, it hands over to a human at any time, with full conversation context.
